MOT day!
Always a little nervy, but it's the final step to have Keith back on the road.
It transpires the last MOT was 19yrs ago, a little more than the decade I was expecting!
Keith had done 6 miles since 2006 until yesterday, when I ran him in to burp the coolant, bed the brakes and settle the carbs etc.
MOT’d at Fast lane in Tonbridge, they were impressed with how well he’s running given the 19 year hibernation…..and we’ve got a PASS too👍.
No advisories, although they agreed with me that new tyres would be sensible….the old rubber is likely to crack easily even though they look ok now.
